Akinsuroju Commissions Multimillion Naira Projects in Okeigbo,Others



Says constituents deserve better representation 

...As traders, community leaders praise the lawmaker for the initiative

In a bid to strengthen commercial activities among rural and urban centres,Hon.Nelson Akinsuroju, on Friday commissioned 5 lock-up shops in the ancient town of Okeigbo

Akinsuroju, a serving lawmaker representing Ileoluji/Okeigbo State Constituency at the Ondo State House of Assembly, also installed Solar Power Streetlights in various communities including; Lipanu, Laleipa,Eyingun among others in Ileoluji area of Ileoluji/Okeigbo Local Government Area of the state.

The commissioning ceremony, which attracted attentions of government stakeholders, market men and women, community leaders, and other residents, marked a significant milestone in Hon. Akinsuroju’s commitment at improving economic drive of small and medium enterprises owners within and outside the constituency.



Addressing traders and dignitaries at the august event, Akinsuroju emphasized the importance of standardising commercial activities by providing traders with long,safe structures for business operations in the area. 

Also speaking on the newly installed Solar Power Streetlights,he noted that this would aid night movement among residents and ignite benefitted communities for red alert against night robbers and other miscreant tendencies.

He promised the people of focused projects that would further uplift the socio economic life of the constituency.

While reiterating his commitment towards providing sustainable development, the lawmaker credited the achievements to Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa.



Reacting,some community leaders and beneficiaries commended the lawmaker for the initiative, describing Hon. Nelson Akinsuroju as a grassroots representative who listens and delivers on his promises, to improve the wellbeing of his constituents.

Personalities in attendance include the immediate past commissioner for finance in the state, Hon Wale Akinterimwa, Ileoluji/Okeigbo Local Government chairman,Adeboye Adebare, former council boss, Hon. Dayo Akinsuroju.

Others were; the vice chairman of APC in the area, Elder Ojetayo Samson, party stalwarts, traditional rulers and other top government officials.
