Oba Adetuwo Olusegun who is also a clergyman and member of Christ Apostolic Church,CAC, grave this commendation while briefing loveleadsnews correspondent on the favour enjoyed at his Palace in Igodan-Lisa,Okitipupa Local Government Area of Ondo State.
The Olu of Igodan-Lisa elect in his interactive session with newsmen explained that several prophesies for him by many notable Ministers of God including the immediate past CAC President worldwide, Pastor Oluseye and the General Overseer of the Living Faith Church,best known as the Winners'Chapel, Pastor David Oyedepo had earlier revealed that he would be a successor to the Late monarch, Pa Paul Akinsola who died two years ago.
While admitting that his monarchial calling is divined, hinted that though the journey triggered many reactions from the opposing side and that it took the intervention of the State Government through the Ministry of Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs led by the Commissioner, Mr Akin Sowore,ably shouldered by the State Governor, Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, members of Council of Obas, Kingmakers in tye community and other closed allies.
"Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, Senior Advocate of Nigeria is my father. I can never be an ingrate. I am his son. No amount of intimidation from any quarter can cut short my relationship with tye present administration of governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu.
Both Ondo State Government, the Council of Obas, my people,home and abroad were really stood by me. Your contributions can never be weighed with any scale.
From time immemorial, prophesies came to me by notable ministers of God that I shall occupy the seat of our great ancestors. Though I didn't thought it's going to be faster than ever.
Although there were several tribulations, catastrophe spiritually and physically but I hold to my faith since it's a divine agenda, I fear not". Oba elect,Adetuwo Olusegun opined.
He also used the occasion to appreciate the wife of Ondo State Governor, Chief Mrs Betty Anyanwu Akeredolu for being the brain box behind the good governance of the present administration of Arakunrin, saying her political aggrandisement towards Akeredolu's led government since the past six years in office as the Executive Governor of Ondo State has really been impactful.
The Olu elect of Igodan-Lisa also described the degree at which the Office of the First Lady has being of assistance towards the well-being of girl child, women's cares through proactive measures, being the voice of the voiceless and above all,her fighting against Gender Based Violence, GBV, noting that posterity and history would never forget some of her human capital development projects and other Life Enhancing Programmes such as the annual BEMORE BOOTCAMP Forum of Wives of Ondo State Official,FOWOSO, identified Mrs Akeredolu's activities as antidotes to all forms of societal Infractions.
Oba Adetuwo Olusegun Joseph while authenticating himself as core member of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC even when out of the State contrarily to some speculations and allegation leveled against him during the turbulent time in some quarters that he belongs to the main opposition Party, PDP, the monarch therefore pledged to continue to do his best in ensuring that the present administration is complemented for positive change and its impacts are feel positively.
"Each time I examine the roles of Ondo First Lady in ensuring that girls child programmes are not left out in the present administration,I feel optimistic.
Arabinrin has really being trying to shoulder all Life changing skills through BEMORE orientation programme, FWOSO,war against GBV,and others. Mrs Akeredolu has really been trying to make life more remarkable for women. People in the State are much more feeling impacts genuinely .
I'm an APC member,not only in Ondo State but including outside the State like Lagos and Oyo respectively. And I will ever remain in the party because till Tinubu complete his 8 years as president". The monarch explained.
The monarch while also enjoining residents and people of the ancient town of Igodan-Lisa home and in diaspora to support his traditional administration for better socioeconomic drive of the community in general,Oba Adetuwo Olusegun Joseph,in the mid-time promised to used his wealth of experiences alongside his resources to cause development that would pave way for economic growth and advancement within his jurisdiction as soon as he the State Government approve him for Staff of Office.
