Governor Rotimi Akeredolu spoke at the 2023 Isero Day celebration held at Odigbo township stadium in Odigbo local government area of the State.
Akeredolu who was represented by commissioner for finance in the State,Mr Wale Akinterinwa noted that the present administration is determined to ensure that socio-economic, infrastructure, security of life,and human capital projects continue thrilling among citizens of Ondo State.
The finance commissioner,doubled as the leading governorship aspirant in the forthcoming 2024 gubernatorial primary insisted that the Akeredolu's led government is committed to promotion of traditional institution, community development and provision of adequate security in the State.
Mr Wale Akinterinwa, however congratulated the traditional ruler of Odigbo kingdom, Oba (Dr) Rufus Olugboyega Akinrinmade for being selected among monarchs recently elevated as First Class Obas in the state.

I can raise shoulder up that the government of Arakunrin within the ambit of seven years has cut across all segments of development

In his address,a state lawmaker representing Odigbo constituency 1 at the Ondo State House of Assembly,Hon Ifabiyi Olatunji and his counterpart Ileoluji/Okeigbo and Odigbo Federal Constituency,Hon Festus Adefiranye also congratulated the people of Odigbo town on this year's occasion of Isero Day.
The duo while reaffirming that government is putting its best to provide more social amenities in the state explained that school of nursing and at the same time dualization of Ondo-Akure and Ore roads would commence soon, adding that it has already been included in 2024 budget after a motion sponsored by Hon Festus Adefiranye at the federal house of representatives recently in Abuja.
While assuring Nigerians that the renewed hope agenda of president Bola Tinubu would give birth to economic prosperity of the nation and rekindle unity and peace, asked citizens to support the present administration in whichever way in order to spring up more developments in the country.
