Say State's Factors Need Rejigging, Revitalisation
Ahead of APC party primary in April,a federal lawmaker representing Ileoluji/Okeigbo and Odigbo federal constituency, Hon Festus Adefiranye has revealed that,Mr Wale Akinterinwa remain the most outstanding and sellable aspirant among the contenders jostling for governorship seat in Ondo state.
Adefiranye at the weekend,made the revelation during the 2024 annual Ifesowapo Youths and Elders Forum anniversary and award giving ceremony,held at the state sports complex in Ore, the headquarters of Odigbo local government area of the state.
The federal lawmaker,while reaffirming that the motion moved recently at the green chamber to dualise Akure-Ondo and Ore roads is essential to all,now in 2024 national budget,Adefiranye noted that the leadership qualities of the incumbent chairman of all commissioners for finance in the country are evidently proven and undoubted, adding that it would be of great vantage for all and sundry in the state to consider Wale Akinterinwa for the job,comes 2024 gubernatorial election.
He, said that,as a competent leader per excellence,having passed through the leadership litmus test remain only viable aspirant Ondo state is needed at a moment to rekindle,revitalise and to rejig the state's factors as an experienced politician with track records.

In furtherance to the claim by federal house of representatives member,a subject of Ondo State House of Assembly and the occupier of Odigbo constituency 1 seat,Hon Ifabiyi Olatunji has also underlined the need for the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC to give it all for Akinterinwa's governorship aspiration ahead of the party's primary .
Ifabiyi Olatunji, the IYF chairman planning committee,while illustrating reasons why APC should adopt Wale Akinterinwa as governorship candidate said he remain the only best that can implement the blueprints of late governor Rotimi Akeredolu who until his demise, working round the clock to make Ondo deep seaport,a reality.

Earlier,the chairman, Ifesowapo Youths and Elders Forum,Comrade Oladimeji Abimbola in a speech delivered,decried lack of considering the people of Odigbo local government area for political appointments by administration of governor Rotimi Akeredolu.
Comrade Abimbola also faulted the state government over deplorable conditions of many roads within Ore metropolis,and its environs which has been culminating to hike in transportation and abject poverty among the people in the area.
