The Man Endowed with All Potentialities

 WEDNESDAY DIARY BY IFABIYI

Sam Ajide

To reach their full potential, a child must also learn to develop personal characteristics that will enable them to become a fully rounded human being who can play an important part in their home, work, and social environments.

Extraordinary people have daily practices that lead to awareness, notice the impact of their choices on others and see the outcomes that are possible. Living an Extraordinary Life
Possibilities

When your ideas and proposals have merit and you persuade people through effective communication, you'll achieve your potential and strengthen your relationships. Life will be good.

People who achieve their potential do so because they invest in themselves every day.

Most of us far underestimate our own potential and the potential of others. I believe we are powerful, but we don't use our minds to full capacity.

There are far too many people out there who are stifling their own success because they are afraid to make the first move. Can you imagine what an amazing world this would be if we all fearlessly stepped into our full potential?

You have a greater potential than anyone who has ever lived before you! But you’ll never make it by sitting on your duff and telling the world how great you're going to be, starting tomorrow.

Every incident that occurs carries with it potential lessons. Every incident that occurs carries with it potential lessons.

Potential isn't the dream of endless realities; potential is typically rooted in the realm of possibility. We don't all have the potential to be world-class athletes, but we all possess a certain amount of potential and innate ability that differentiates us from everyone else in the world.

On recognising that there is more to life than surviving or coasting through it and that you have potential to do more with it, your awareness naturally opens to a yearning from within to do more than you had previously thought or believed possible.

There's no single right way to accomplish your goals. Each of us has a number of avenues to reach our potential. The world constantly changes. Life often unfolds as a series of phases.

Our potential is likely to evolve as the world evolves and as we continue to learn, grow, and develop our capabilities. Robert Kaplan, What You're Really Meant to Do
Accomplishment.

As we watch millions of learners all over the world awakening to their potential to learn and change, I realize it's time for something new. We need a manifesto about the importance of mindshifts in producing vibrant and creative societies and in helping people to live to their full potential.

You would be surprised that some people are afraid that if they succeed in certain aspects of their lives, they will end up losing control over their lives.

This fear takes control of their minds and prevents them from achieving their fullest potential in most situations. Reaching our potential sets an environment for others to reach theirs

One of the burdens of leadership is that as we go, so go the people we lead. Reaching our potential sets an environment for others to reach theirs.  Capacity is not the problem: choice and attitude are If people are willing to choose improvement and change their attitude, the sky is the limit.

Link yourself to your potential, not to your past. The key to realizing your unique potential - and thereby living a fulfilling professional life is to create your own definition of success rather than accept the definition created by others.

Many organizations ... define high potential as concretely as your capacity to step into a role that is two levels or more above the one you currently hold.

If performance is all about delivering results in your current job, then potential is simply about the opportunity to deliver results in leadership roles in the future.
