*Nigeria @62* : "My Administration is Committed to Infrastructural Development", Gov Akeredolu Restates

The Governor of Ondo State, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu SAN, has reiterated his commitment to ongoing infrastructure development of the State, which has remained a key focus of his impactful administration.

The Governor re-emphasised these commitments at the occasion of 62nd Independence Anniversary Celebrations Thanksgiving Service, held at Chapel of Grace, Government House Grounds, Alagbaka Akure on Sunday.

He said, his administration was unrelenting in road constructions and rehabilitation, upgrading of health and education facilities, improvement in security architecture of the State, inspite of the financial condition of the country.

Governor Akeredolu, who was represented by his Deputy,Lucky Aiyedatiwa at the event noted that after sixty-two years of freedom as a country, the task before Ondo State Government is to build a stronger and viable economy that would generate a prosperous, progressive and dignified life for the good people of the great Sunshine State.

"We can only attain this with more hard work, enterprise, creativity, consistency in the fight against corruption and defence of our people" , he said.

Earlier in his sermon, the State Chairman of the Christian Association Of Nigeria,CAN, Ondo State Chapter, Rev.Fr.Anslem Ologunwa, commended the heroes of Nigeria and emphasized on love as a unifying factor for all and sundry.

The cleric charged Nigerians to continue praying for their leaders to lead them in the right path especially as the Country awaits 2023 general elections.

The event had in attendance government officials including the Speaker, Ondo State House of Assembly, Rt Hon David Bamidele Oleyelogun, who led other Assembly members,  Chief Judge of Ondo State, Justice Williams Akintoroye and his wife, Secretary to Ondo State Government, Princess Oladunni Odu, State Chairman of APC, Engr Ade Adetimehin, 

Also, at the occasion were Chief of Staff to Governor, Chief Olugbenga Ale, Head of Service, Pastor Kayode Ogundele MNI, Cabinet members, Paramount ruler of Akure and Chairman,Council of Obas, Oba Aladetoyinbo Ogunlade Aladelusi and others.
