Hon Ifabiyi gave the assurance in a statement which was obtained by newsmen in Ore the headquarters of Odigbo Local Government area of Ondo State on Monday, commending civil servants for their indefatigable efforts at making the country great.
Speaking on the occasion, Ondo State lawmaker-elect noted that for any nation-state to attain its greatness,it must consider all sphere of influence contributing to the growth, development and advancement of the nation,and as such,succinctly, such a country must consider the relevancy of those behind the system at the top gear of his administration.
While assuring Nigerian workers of a robust packages as part of their expectations, Hon Ifabiyi Olatunji expressed confidence that the next administration of the President-elect, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Ondo State Governor Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, SAN would work harmoniously to cater for more workers' incentives and other programmes that would serve as means of motivation to all public servants in Ondo State.
In the statement, the newly elected State cabinet member, however, enjoined workers to be more committed,dedicated and alive to their responsibilities in their various capacities and disciplines,saying the thrust built in nation's workers by the government through prompt payment of their salaries and other entitlements as they remain the bedrocks to a nation-building.

Ifabiyi also charged the labour unions in the country to support the incoming administration for a sustainable and robust economic growth of the nation by being productive.
