An Odigbo political splendour, Hon Ifabiyi Olatunji, has said the newly allotted federal House Committee on Christians Pilgrims Affairs recently to Hon Festus Ayodeji Adefiranye by leadership of the federal lower chamber would promote christians pilgrimage in subsequent times.
Hon Ifabiyi,a lawmaker occupying Odigbo Constituency 1 seat at the State hallow chamber stated this on Friday while congratulating Adefiranye on his new portfolio as announced by house of representatives speaker,Dr Tajudeen Abbas during sitting in Abuja on Thursday.
Speaking on the new status of the federal lawmaker after a litmus test has been carried out on his political prowess, Ifabiyi assured christians all over the country irrespective of their denomination mostly those yarning to visit places read in Bible would be made to freely visit there,since there would be more synergy between the presidency, the Nigeria Christians Welfare Board and the Committee on Christians Pilgrims Affairs.
Hon Ifabiyi Olatunji,an Ondo State House of Assembly member, however, appreciated the leadership of the 10th federal house of representatives under the watch of Hon (Dr) Tajudeen Abbas for not allowing personal interests to override the public as it was in the previous administrations.
"This is a huge advantage for christians across all states of federation as a diehard christian like Hon Adefiranye mount Christians Pilgrims Affairs at the federal house of representatives".
"He will do all his possible best to ensure every christian is given equal right as regard next pilgrimage".

While decrying somber experiencing during preparatory stage and in the aftermath during the yearly pilgrimage,a closed ally to Okeigbo-born political guru said some followers of Christ previously suffered neglect in the hands of political goliaths,adding that only those belonging to their camp enjoyed the dividend.
