Urges Households to Cut-Cost As Hardship Biting Harder
The lawmaker gave the charge in Akure the Ondo State capital on Friday while welcoming his constituents and good people of Ondo into a new month of September, a month kick-starting ember months of the year.
Hon Ifabiyi Olatunji who explained that ember months are full of blessings, victories as contrary to bad insinuation that it always accompany by dangers told motorists and cyclists to obey traffic rules and regulations for safety of their lives and as well those of travellers.
The lawmaker insisted that no month is designed for harm or catastrophe from any coven maintained that accident only occurred through human and mechanical errors resulting from recalcitrant of drivers and other allied.
While urging commercial buses and trucks drivers plying major highways to always make use of their seatbelts,speed limit device and accelerate less to avoid unnecessary crash, the Ondo state parliamentarian advised commuters to always check parts of their vehicles such as tyres,brakes and other important accessories and to also avoid taking alcohol while embarking on their daily routine and thread softly for a save arrival
As economic hardship biting harder among citizens of the country due to the removal of fuel subsidy,Hon Ifabiyi Olatunji also enjoined all households to hold on to their courage and faith in the administration of president Bola Tinubu in its efforts to reform nation's economic,urging Nigerians to cut cost in their demands to avoid outpouring of debt.
According to him: "Congratulations to my good people of Odigbo Constituency 1 and the state at large as we all witness the first ember month of this year".
"It's call for celebrations as it is a rare privilege for us all at this economic hardship".
"Let me implore our drivers to exercise patience while driving,no month is designed for catastrophe".
"Accident is of human errors, let's correct our thoughts on this,and we shall arrive safe".
"Take all precausionary measures into consideration at all times to avoid loss of life".
"Though this is a turbulent time for Nigerians, don't be misled by current economic hardship that the current subsidy removal may have posed to you,cut cost your demands to avoid debts". Hon Ifabiyi hinted
The lawmaker, however prayed God to extend His hands of favour, abundant blessings and to provide a refuge for safety of all Nigerians at this global bearish period, just as he also called on God to revitalise Nigeria's economic for better
