...Highlight the president's achievements within two years

As Ogunleye charges all executives to preach the gospel of Tinubu

The newly inaugurated local government and ward executives in Idanre and Ifedore federal constituency, have expressed satisfaction about the achievements of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu within two years,saying this justify him to be re-elected in 2027.

The GMT executives gave the recommendation while speaking with newsmen shortly after their inauguration in Idanre and Ifedore Local Government Area of Ondo State on Tuesday 

Addressing journalists in Idanre, the Chairman of all chairmen,  Mr Samuel Akindolire , said that the achievements of president Bola Tinubu were huge in terms of infrastructure, security, transport and economy, which were not well reported in the media.

Akindolire, posited that the objective of event was aimed at creating awareness about the achievements of Tinubu's government and sensitise electorates on the need to return the president comes 2027 presidential election in the country.

Across session of GMT Executives in Ifedore 

There is no doubt that the gigantic achievements of this administration have been under-reported and as such, efforts have to be made to sound it clear into the ears of those who never want our success story.

“It has become more important today than ever to focus on the achievements of this administration since the only question people ask is “what are the achievements of this government’’?

“In fairness to those in opposition and those asking such questions, politics is a game of self appraisal. After all, if you do not blow your trumpet, no one will blow it for you,’’ Akindolire noted 

Also in Ifedore, a chieftain of the ruling All Progressives Congress Prince Emmanuel Aderosoye Fadola who lauded the president's achievements, said that Tinubu's administration had a lot to its credit.

He, reiterated that the President had improved on security, agriculture and economy with a rise in external reserves, among other achievements.

According to him "The president has delivered on his major cardinal objectives which are security, economy reform and infrastructure".

“If the ability to protect lives and property is not an achievement, then what is an achievement?

“I urge you to remain focus and resolute as 2027 elections approach.

“It is the beginning of a new Nigeria that will lead the country into prosperity. Tinubu deserves to be re-elected in 2027 and will be re-elected,’’ Prince Fadola stated
GMT DG Saka Ogunleye addressing executives in Idanre 

He urged members of the group to remain committed toward re-electing Tinubu and prevent the coalition party, African Democratic Congress and the dead People's Democratic Party (PDP) from making a come-back to government.

In his keynote address, the Director General, Grassroots Movement for Tinubu in Ondo State, Hon. Saka Yusuf-Ogunleye charged all executives to expedite actions by preaching president Bola Tinubu to every Nigerian and remind them on the need to re-elect the president as 2027 presidential race drawing nigh.

Ogunleye noted that the President had brought positive changes to the country and should be allowed to consolidate on his achievements by re-electing him in 2027 elections.

He said that the youth, the old, the women, had felt good governance in Tinubu-led administration in the last two years in office.

"God has helped Nigeria by giving us somebody like President Tinubu who is a man of integrity and who will not loot the treasury. We have to make sure we support him,’’.

"Go and preach the word in all the nooks and crannies of Ondo State. Tell them Tinubu is the way"

Saka Yusuf-Ogunleye, therefore, advised Nigerians to bring President Bola Ahmed Tinubu back in 2027 elections for the country to continue to enjoy existing peace and progress, just as he commended the minister of interior Dr Olubunmi Tunji-ojo for spearheading the movement calling for the re-election of president in Ondo State
