A member representing Odigbo Constituency I in the Ondo State House of Assembly, Hon Ifabiyi Samuel Olatunji,(JP ), has congratulated Dr Tunji Ogunmoyero-Rhema on his appointment as a special adviser on environment by Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa.
In a statement on Saturday, Ifabiyi described the appointment as well-deserved, given Rhema’s contributions in the last governorship election in the state and his long-standing loyalty to the party as a member of the ruling party.
While applauding the Governor for his choice of Tunji Ogunmoyero, the Ondo State House of Assembly Whip, however, stated that the grassroots mobilizer would bring his wealth of experience to bear in the discharge of his duties.
“On behalf of the great people of Odigbo Constituency I, which I represent in the 10th Assembly, I wish to congratulate you, my dear brother, Dr. Tunij Ogunmoyero-Rhema, on your meritorious appointment as an adviser on environment by Mr. Governor,” Ifabiyi said. “This has shown that loyalty and hard work pay.”
“This is one appointment that gladdened the hearts of many APC faithful in Odigbo Local Government Area. As a member of the State Executive Committee, Rhema’s unwavering commitment and loyalty to the party is unquestionable.
“As a grassroots mobilizer, who has lived most of his life interacting and relating with our people both in rural and urban areas, coupled with his exposure, I can assure Mr. Governor that Dr Tunji Ogunmoyero-Rhema will be of help to his administration's 'Our Ease Agenda'.
“We can attest to the fact that he is well-read and can deliver on his mandate, having successfully run his NGO and other recognized public affairs".
“The experiences he has garnered over the years will be valuable in his current appointment, and we are confident that he will not disappoint Mr. Governor and the Odigbo Local Government,” he added.
