Sallah: Ifabiyi Olatunji Advocates Unity, Compassion Among Nigerians

Hon. Ifabiyi Olatunji (JP), a member of the Ondo State House of Assembly, has urged Nigerians, irrespective of ethnic or religious affiliations, to continue praying for the unity and progress of the nation.

In his Eid-el-Kabir message, the lawmaker highlighted the virtues of sacrifice, obedience, and perseverance exemplified by Prophet Ibrahim, describing them as fundamental values required for national development and peaceful coexistence.

He called on Muslims across the country to use the festive period to offer fervent prayers for Nigeria, expressing confidence that the numerous challenges confronting the nation would soon be overcome.

Hon. Ifabiyi further stressed the importance of responsive and people-oriented leadership, urging leaders at all levels to remain sensitive to the needs of the less privileged and to justify the trust reposed in them through the delivery of good governance and democratic dividends.

The former Special Adviser on Political Matters also encouraged citizens to remain committed to their civic responsibilities, while assuring Nigerians that the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the All Progressives Congress (APC) would continue striving to improve the welfare of the people.

He equally appealed to religious leaders to consistently encourage wealthy individuals to support the less privileged and promote national unity, peace, and collective prosperity among Nigerians.
