Reports from three wards in Odigbo Constituency 1 indicate that a member of the Ondo State House of Assembly, Ifabiyi Samuel Olatunji, is currently leading in the ongoing All Progressives Congress (APC) primary elections.
According to the results received so far:
In Agbabu Ward 1, Ifabiyi polled 264 votes to defeat Tunji Rhema Moyero, who scored 152 votes.
In Ore Ward 11, the home ward of the lawmaker, Ifabiyi garnered 610 votes, while Rhema scored no vote.
However, in Odigbo Ward 8, Rhema polled 201 votes to defeat Ifabiyi, who scored 20 votes.
In Ore ward 10, the lawmaker gathered 2,480 votes.
