Hausa Community in Odigbo donates 2,000 campaign posters to Ondo State House of Assembly Candidate, Ifabiyi

The Hausa Community, Odigbo Local Government chapter,on Thursday, unveiled two thousand campaign posters to support the candidacy of Hon Ifabiyi Olatunji Samuel of the All Progressives Congress, APC, vying State House of Assembly seat in the forthcoming 2023 general elections in the country ahead September 28 electioneering campaign kick off.
Hon. Ifabiyi Olatunji, a candidate of the ruling party from Odigbo Constituency I won the last State House Primary on May 28, 2022,with wide margin to defeat two other rival aspirants.
Presenting those campaign postals before party men at the APC Secretariat in Ore, chairman, Hausa Community in Odigbo Local Council area of Ondo State, Alhaji Musa Salisu explained that the development became imperative as part of efforts to render support to the plights and aspirations of the hopeful State lawmaker.
The chairman,Arewa community residing in Odigbo Local Government area who was accompanied by Mr Ibrahim Yussuf Chikulo and other members said they were inspired to support Hon Ifabiyi Olatunji, having cross-examine of his good antecedents even before his two appointments as Special Assistant in two consecutive times, noting that the group would never rest on its oars until he eventually become Member of Ondo State House of Assembly next year.
"The entire Hausa Community have deemed it fit to support Hon Ifabiyi because of his good deeds,and we must replicate. He has been performing creditably as a leader of this party ever since. He's a man of the people". Salisu admitted.
Responding, former Special Adviser on Commerce and Industry to Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu and the State House of Assembly Candidate of the APC, Odigbo Constituency I, Ifabiyi Olatunji Samuel expressed his optimism on the innovative idea, just as he commended Hausa Community and its leadership on the rare gesture.
He also expressed confidence in Hausa Community who has being with the party even during the turbulent from the time immemorial, vowed to continue maintaining the good relationship that has been existing between Hausas and other ethnic groups before, during and after 2023 general elections.
He equally used the occasion to appreciate all his political supporters for the love repose in him,promised to reciprocate in good faith when time comes.
"We have being together since the turbulent period when APC was without form. Hausa community a group with unique focus. Both Yoruba, Hausa and Ibo are one fold,one shepherd. I hereby appreciate this section of Nigeria for their relentless pursuit of common love. I promise to reciprocate this gesture in good faith". Odigbo Constituency I candidate, Ifabiyi stated.
Earlier, chairman of the ruling party, Odigbo Local Government chapter, Alhaji Fatai Olawale thanked Hausa community for showing having interest in Hon Ifabiyi Olatunji Samuel candidature, urging them to keep the flag flying for cordiality.
