Describes former Chief of Staff to the State Government as a gift to Ondo
A member of the Ondo State parliament, Hon Ifabiyi Olatunji (JP), has applauded Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa for appointing Dr Olujimi Kufo as the Executive Director of projects in the Ondo State Oli Producing Area Development Commission (OSOPADEC).
Recall that Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa had on Friday approved the appointment of Prince Biyi Poroye as Chairman, Dr Olujimi Kufo as the Executive Director and ten others as members of the state's petroleum board (OSOPADEC).
In his commendation statement to the Governor on Tuesday in Akure,the former special adviser on commerce and industry in the state, described Dr Olujimi Kufo as one of the leading lights,and a gift to Ondo State recognized for his exceptional qualities.
The lawmaker further hailed the former Deputy Chief of Staff to Ondo State Government as one the best brains with high cerebral, well-armed to fulfill his mandate and fully domesticate the governor's Our Ease Agenda.
By appointing Dr Olujimi Kufo, Ifabiyi noted that "the Governor has demonstrated a “penchant for men and women of goodwill, those with high moral standards who are prepared for the tasks”.
He added: “The Governor is indeed a man who values and rewards hard work and recognizes excellence capacity, and intellect"
"Above all, he is ready to go against the status quo just to make Ondo State better”. He noted
The Ondo State House whip, therefore, assured Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa that he would not regret the choice of Olujimi Kufo, reiterating his unwavering support at all times.
He explained that the executive director of projects of the board has left a lasting impression on previous assignments and would replicate same in his current role .
According to her, “Dr Olujimi Kufo would effectively handle domestic affairs of the OSOPADEC, especially those that affect the commission (projects) ”.
Ifabiyi, while congratulating the new executive director (projects) of the commissio, however,urged Dr Olujimi Kufo not to lose focus and to continue on the wonderful path that has brought him fame and fortune.
