CHAIRMAN, House Committee on Information, Hon. Ifabiyi Olatunji (JP), has lost his mother-in-law, Late Madam Racheal Omoniyi.
Ifabiyi, who is currently representing Odigbo Constituency I in the Ondo State House of Assembly said,Madam Racheal Omoniyi passed away at the early hour of Sunday September 7, 2025 at 86.
In a statement obtained from the bereaved family and personally signed by the lawmaker,late Madam Racheal Omoniyi died after a brief illness at the University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital Kwara State on Sunday morning.
The statement also told the general public that the date for her burial ceremony would be communicated later.
According to the lawmaker “With gratitude to God, this is to announce the glorious exit of my mother in-law, Madam Racheal Omoniyi at aged 86 who passed away this morning"
“May Almighty God out of his mercy forgive her and make her grave a garden of paradise and gather us all with the pious in Heaven.”
"We'll communicate the publics the date for her funeral programme later"
